There are two group training options: Small Group Training and Semi-Private Training. Both are a more affordable option for those looking to benefit from the attention of an elite trainer. They offer a more private experience than a group exercise class, but are less tailored than one-on-one personal training sessions. These sessions consist of as few as 2 individuals and as many as 6. Small Group Training sessions can be dropped into by purchasing a Drop-In session or a package of multiple. You can drop in to any small group workout with any trainer. Semi-Private training differs as it is a pre-arranged group of participants who enroll in a 6-8 week program with others who share similar goals and fitness levels; bridal parties, friends, co-workers and athletic teams typically choose this option to work together toward a goal. Working together and encouraging each other is a great way to stay motivated. Many of our clients have seen great results by supplementing their private training with additional semi-private training.
