After I decided to stop playing golf, I let myself go for about a year and a half. I weighed more than I ever had. Then, in January of 2014, I began working with Candace at Dudas Fitness, and my life has significantly changed for the better! Through Candace's amazing training and the encouragement of my family and the entire Dudas family, I have gotten myself back on track and am now in the best shape of my life! I workout with Candace twice a week, and also take some of the many classes that Dudas Fitness has to offer; such as Bootcamp, Zumba and Turbo Kick! I workout on average 4 or 5 days a week, and am loving being fit! Thank you Candace, and Dudas Fitness!!!
