While personal training provides the most personal attention and your greatest opportunity to succeed, small group training may better fit your budget and still give you the extra push you're looking for. Tough workouts LOVE company; in a small group training session (limited to 6 people) you'll often see the same familiar faces. The camaraderie and friendly competition will enhance your fitness experience and you may be pushed harder by the extra motivation of buddies beside you. Both our awesome trainer and other participants are there to help you get through the challenges of the workout; dare we say that small group training can be really fun? You can drop in to any small group training session with any trainer and you can change it up week to week.
