This 8 week total transformation will change your life. After you apply, you'll be contacted for a consultation to dig a little deeper and see if this is the right program for you. Upon acceptance, ALL sessions must be scheduled (3 sessions a week for 8 weeks) prior to the start of your program. During your first session, your Personal Trainer will to get to know you better and record your starting statistics including weight, circumference measurements, body fat percentage and photos. This information will be used to design an 8 week INDIVIDUALIZED program for you. Outside of 24 life changing and motivating workouts with your trainer, this program will include ideas for a healthy kitchen makeover, a grocery shopping list, nutrition guidelines, supplementation recommendations, as well as sleep and hydration goals so you recover well. Depending on your fitness level and health history, your trainer may assign you 1-2 home workouts to do a week. We want you to know that this program is beginner friendly but it is not for those who are not ready to make a SERIOUS change. For that reason, we ask that you read through our 5 Total Transformation Commitments below.

Read this before applying to the program...

 

COMMITMENT 1

This program includes 3 Personal Training Sessions of varying intensity a week, for a total of 24 Sessions. I understand that I am expected to attend ALL of my scheduled workouts. In the unlikely event of needing to re-schedule an appointment, I must give my trainer 48 hours notification and must re-schedule that session immediately. If I do not offer advanced notice I will lose my session. 

COMMITMENT 2

In addition to attending ALL scheduled workouts, I understand that I am responsible for my time outside of my Personal Transformation Sessions. I will adhere to all program specifics including dietary suggestions, cardiovascular programming and at home workouts if I want to get REAL results.

COMMITMENT 3

I will not make excuses. I have thought carefully before applying to this specific program. I am willing and eager to succeed, even when things get tough. I will come to my sessions with a positive outlook and ready to work.

COMMITMENT 4

Dudas Fitness does not deal in tricks or fads. I understand that this program is not a magic bullet, but that it is difficult and that it works. The results I get will be directly correlated to how hard I work. 

COMMITMENT 5

I understand that if I do not comply to my program, no-show my sessions, or overall ignore the advice of my Trainer that I may be removed from the program to make room for someone else who is more serious about changing their life. I will not get refunded, but the remainder of my sessions will be available for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, to be used when I'm truly ready to commit.
